Sollux x Reader

(Please excuse me; this is my first time writing an "x reader".)
    It was the first day that spring actually felt like spring. All the snow finally melted and you could put away your winter coat. You decided to walk to the park, considering it was a nice day. You put your (f/c) hoodie on (due to it still being a bit windy) and grabbed your phone off of the charger. You checked your makeup then went downstairs and grabbed bread and put it into the toaster for a quick breakfast. As you waited for the toast, you checked through your texts, seeing all who text you while you slept. You didn't have many texts. Only a couple from your best friend and some from Gamzee asking if you wanted to share some of his sopor slime pie. You chuckled lightly at yourself and texted him back. 
    'Hey, sorry. I didn't get your text until this morning; I fell asleep as soon as I got home. But as for the pie, thanks, but no thanks. You can have it to yourself. ' You sent your text just as the toast popped up, scaring you. You grabbed a paper towel, and grabbed the toast, putting it on the paper towel. You then walked out of the door, locking it behind you. As you walked to the park, you ate your toast and finished it. You finally arrived at the park and threw the paper towel away. You looked around the park, noticing children being pushed by their mothers on the swings and playing tag. You went and sat on a swing, getting your phone out. You went through your contacts of who to invite over to the park with you when your eyes stopped on your flush crush, Sollux. You then texted him asking if he wanted to join you at the park. You didn't have to wait long, for he quickly texted back.

    Finally, Sollux arrived. You were sitting on the swing, reading some fanfics on your phone, when Sollux leaned in close and said in your ear, "Hey, ____. What are you readiing there? IIt lookth interething." You jumped, almost falling off the swing, but Sollux caught you and held you for a bit, making you blush. You turned around and glared at him. "N-nothing! Sollux, you can't just sneak up on people like that and lean over their shoulder and scare them!" You scowled.
    Sollux chuckled softly, and just shook his head. "By that reaction, you mutht have been readiing thomething naughty." You blushed even more at this and punched him softly on the arm. "No. I wasn't. Now come on Sollux. Let's go do something fun. I've gotten bored sitting here, waiting at the park." You said. Sollux gave you a weird look before saying, "What the heck, ____! II jutht got here! Now you want two go thomewhere else?" He then sighed and shrugged. "Fiine. Where do you want to go?" You thought for a brief moment before grabbing his arm and dragging him off to your house, with him yelling at you, asking where you were taking him.

          Finally you arrived at your house and released a spitting mad Sollux. “What the fuck, ____? You couldn’t have jutht told me that we were going two your house? You had two drag me all the way here?”  You just shrugged and smirked at him, then unlocked the door and stepped in, holding the door open for him. “Here. I’ll hold the door for you to make it up to you.” You directed him into the house, and he stepped in eyeing you oddly. “What’s with the stare, Sol?” You smiled softly at him. He turned away quickly. “Nothiing. II’m jutht tryiing two fiigure out what you’re up two.” He walked into the living room and sat on the couch. You followed him into the living room and sat down on the edge of the couch, next to him. “Do you want anything to eat?” You asked him. He contemplated a bit then answered. “Nah. II’m good.” You scooted a bit closer to him. “I have honeyyyy~!” You said in a sing-song voice. Sollux changed his mind instantly. “Could you make me honey toast then?” You nodded briefly, before getting up and heading to the kitchen. You got into the cabinets and grabbed the honey and popped some bread into the toaster. While you waited for the toast, you made some honey tea for yourself and Sollux. You then heard the TV be turned on and a few minutes later, Sollux’s voice. “Hey, _____, can we watch thomethiing on Netflix?” The toast popped up and you started spreading honey on it, while answering Sollux. “Of course, Sol. There’s no need to even ask.” You finished making his toast and put it on a plate then grabbed both of your guys’ tea and walked into the living room and placed everything on the coffee table. Sollux was looking through the movies on Netflix. “Here, Sollux. I also made us some honey tea. I’ll be right back. I’m gonna go grab a blanket.” You said as you headed for your room. You got into your room and went straight for your closet, reaching for a soft, fluffy throw. You grabbed it then headed back to the living room, shutting your bedroom door. You got into the living room and plopped yourself onto the couch, next to Sollux, then threw the blanket over yourself. Sollux finally decided on a movie and leaned back, grabbing his tea and toast. “Thankth for the thnackth, _____.” Sollux thanked you and started to eat his toast. After a couple of bites, he looked over at you, and noticed that you didn’t have anything to eat. “Hey, ____, diid you make anythiing for yourthelf?” You looked over at him and raised your tea. “Yea. I made honey tea for both you and me. Why?” Sollux shook his head. “No. II mean diid you make anythiing to EAT for yourthelf?” You took a sip of your tea and shook your head. “No. I only made tea.” You said as you turned your head back to watch the movie. Suddenly toast was shoved in front of your face. Startled, you turned to look at Sollux, who was holding the toast in front of you, and you gave him an odd look. “Wha-?” Sollux cut you off, “Eat.” You blushed madly. “No.. I made it for you Sollux. I’m okay. Thanks, though.” Sollux took a piece of the toast and held it out to you. “Eat iit, or elthe II’ll feed iit two you.” That made you blush even more. “No… really, Sol. I’m fine. I already ate this morning.” Sollux was slowly getting angrier. “_____. Open your mouth” You were confused but you did just as he asked, and opened your mouth. The minute you opened your mouth wide enough, Sollux popped the piece of toast into your mouth, making you and even himself blush. You ate it and both you and Sollux turned to watch the movie in awkward silence.

~~~~ Sollux’s P.O.V. ~~~~

          You couldn’t believe you just did that. You were only making a fool of yourself. Of course, you had a flush crush on ____. She invited you to hang out at the park and you took her up on the offer. Especially, since you were thinking about inviting her over to play some video games in the first place. Then the minute you got to the park, she said she was bored and then drag you over to her house. You acted mad, but to be honest, you were glad. You’d rather be alone with her than around a bunch of small, annoying children. Then even better, she made you honey toast and tea. She must have been trying to get you to kiss her, because you’re coming close to it. But still. How the fuck did you just do that? Feeding her a piece of your toast. You were so embarrassed, and now there was an awkward silence. You were dying to get rid of it. Then, after a while of watching ____ sit there watching the movie with the most adorable smile on her face, you couldn’t help yourself. You slowly wrapped your arm around her shoulders. She blushed deeply but scooted closer to you and laid her head on your shoulder, making you blush. You guys sat there like that for quite some time when suddenly, _____ leaned up and kissed your cheek. You felt your face blushing and turned away. “Oh... um… sorry... Sol. I-I didn’t mean it… It’s- I- uhh… you just looked really adorable and I couldn’t help myself… sorry…” ____ sounded hurt. That’s not what you wanted at all. You quickly turned your head and crashed your lips into hers. She was stiff at first but soon melted into the kiss. You then pulled back, still blushing. “II wathn’t turniing away cuz II diid’t liike iit, ____. Two tell you the truth… II’m red for you, _____.” You blushed softly and she blushed as well. “R-really? Sol… I’m red for you too.” You leaned down and kissed her again, feeling her wrap her arms around your neck and you wrapped your arms around her waist, pulling her close.

~~~~ Reader’s P.O.V. ~~~~

          You couldn’t believe it. Sollux, your flush crush, was red for you, and you two were kissing on your couch! Today was simply the best day of your life. Suddenly, Sollux pulled back again. “Matesprit, ____?” You blushed and nodded softly. “Matesprit, Sollux.” You leaned up and kissed him again. He met you half way kissing you back. Yupp. Today is definitely the best day ever.
